About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Improvement
- Assess existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and document process models, including As-Is and To-Be workflows, using process mapping tools.
Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.

Solution Implementation
- Work with technical teams to implement process changes, automation, or system enhancements.
- Ensure new processes and solutions are tested, validated, and aligned with business objectives.
Change Management
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to stakeholders and end-users.
Performance Monitoring
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead workshops and meetings to drive consensus on process improvements and priorities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

About the Role
Build and execute a technology vision and strategy for assigned solutions or business domains. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT and business teams, leading solution analysis, design, and implementation. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Data Architects to align roadmaps, develop technical designs, and support successful delivery. Present technical proposals, conduct POCs, guide development teams, and ensure solutions align with business goals while promoting innovation, collaboration, and company core values.
What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Lead Android Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality Android applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in modern Android development along with the ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions, and ensure scalable, maintainable mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on development skills with leadership experience in Agile environments to deliver robust and user-centric mobile applications.
Technical Expertise
- 12+ years of total experience in mobile app development with at least 8+ years in Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Proven experience leading Android teams in Agile/Scrum setups.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, Room, Hilt/Dagger, and Retrofit/OkHttp.
- Hands-on experience with modular app architectures, dependency injection, and multi-module projects.
- Experience with offline caching, pagination, deep links, and push notifications.
Integration & Tooling
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC endpoints.
